“Every piece that leaves our studio has been touched by many hands and many hours of care. We want you to love it as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here.”

We stand behind every garment we send out. If something is wrong on our end, we will make it right — fully and without friction. At the same time, because each piece is handcrafted and often made to your measurements, we ask that you shop thoughtfully.

Returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo evidence. After 48 hours, we are unable to process claims for damage or defect.

What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns on customized or made-to-measure pieces (these are made specifically for you)
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or tags removed
  • Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final

3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps

Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund to original payment method: 7–10 working days
